I have graduated with honors from Tel Aviv University, majoring in Psychology and Sociology, and hold a M.Sc. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Technion, the leading technological institute in Israel. Parts of my thesis on "Burnout and Aggression in a Hospital Setting” supervised by Professor Anat Rafaeli, were presented at the annual meeting of the Academy of Management, 2010. In addition, I have 3 years of experience as a Human Resources Business Partner at Ernst & Young. I joined Mannheim University in August 2014 as a PhD student, supervised by Professor Sabine Sonnentag. I am interested in the effects of burnout and recovery, especially on customers and organizational outcomes.
