Work and organizational psychology deals with cognitive, affective and social processes at work and broader organizational contexts. In our research, we focus on the question how people can show high sustainable performance at work and remain well and healthy at the same time. We cover topics within the area of (1) job stress and health as well as (2) proactivity, creativity, and informal learning.
We offer courses in work and organizational psychology in the bachelor and master program. Postgraduate education is also an important component of our work.
